Jobs that actually fit you.

Tell it about the work you want. It asks what it needs to, searches sixty thousand live postings, reads the ones worth reading, and comes back with five jobs and why — linked to the employer. No account, no tracking, no fee.

How it works

You have a conversation. It asks about the work you want, where you can do it from, what you are good at and what you would turn down — as many questions as that takes, not a fixed list. Then it searches, more than once, changing what it looks for based on what comes back; reads the postings in full; and gives you five with its reasoning, plus the ones it rejected and why. There is no fit score. A number would be easier to show and harder to trust, and it could not tell you why.

Where the jobs come from

Mostly companies' own hiring boards — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and friends — read directly, plus federal listings and, for local work, Google for Jobs and Adzuna. Most results link straight to the employer's posting. The rest — mainly local roles that reach jobfitr only through Adzuna — pass through that site first, and every card says which it is before you click. jobfitr takes no fee either way, and no employer can pay for a better answer.
